Review : Clear Shampoo & Conditioner!

I recently tried Clear’s Intense Hydration shampoo and conditioner. Here are my thoughts about it:
Clear

Shampoo

The shampoo is step one, which is ‘Cleanse’. It has a creamy, luxurious texture and the lightest bluish tinge to it. It comes in a sturdy bottle with a flip open lid at the top. It is fused with Cactus extract. This shampoo is for all hair types especially those with dry scalp. It is supposed to penetrate deep into the scalp and replenish it with essential hydration.

The highlight of this shampoo is that it doesn’t dry out the hair or scalp. However, from the description of the products, I expected to have an intensely hydrated feeling after using it. I didn’t feel that. It felt better than a regular shampoo but not great. Also, one of the main ingredients in it is Sodium Laureth Sulfate, which helps in creating lather but is not a good ingredient.
Price : AED 19.40 for a bottle containing 400ml.
It will last a good while but I don’t think I will buy it in future.

Conditioner

The Conditioner is step two, which is ‘Nourish’. It has a thick texture and a light blue tinge to it. This one is also infused with Cactus extract. After shampooing, massage a small amount on the lower half of your hair. It’s consistency is really nice and so easy to apply to the hair. The bottle has a flip open lid at the bottom, so as to easily dispense the product while you are in the shower. I leave it on for about 5 to 6 minutes usually.
I really liked this product. My hair became noticeably softer and felt more hydrated after using it. I do recommend you try it out!. This is definitely a product I will buy again.
Price : AED 19.85 for a bottle containing 400ml.
Both these products are the anti-dandruff kind. However, I don’t have dandruff right now. So, I can’t really say how well it works on dandruff. Both of these have a pleasant and clean smell that lingers on your hair for almost 24 hours. It is meant for everyday usage, but I don’t use it more than 2 times a week.
